Partners in wellness

At ResonEssence Homeopathic Clinic, I believe healing is a collaborative journey. Homeopathy complements other modalities, and I would like to offer connections to other fellow practitioners to create a holistic healing network so my clients have more trustworthy options to choose from. This is a space for affiliate partners in various natural health modalities that I know and trust. The aim is to build a network of practitioners where you, the client, can receive well-rounded care.

James Stitchbury - Craniosacral Therapist

My Name is James Stichbury & I am a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist.

I have over 15 years experience as a Craniosacral Therapist. I first discovered Craniosacral Therapy by chance when I was working as an engineer, and was regularly experiencing back pain and headaches. I couldn’t get a booking at my usual chiropractor & decided to try something different. In my first session I could feel changes taking place in my body but I wasn’t able to put words to what was happening. Despite very subtle movements from the practitioner, I felt less pain & tension in my back afterwards. I was intrigued. After a few more sessions I realised my headaches were improving too, which I didn’t expect. Sometimes I would begin the CST session with a tension headache and walk out without one. This was really intriguing to me because I was always told that I “just have headaches” and there is nothing I can do except take pain relief. At this point I decided to change career and study Craniosacral Therapy.

I no longer have back pain & only very occasionally have headaches – which I find a CST session will very quickly resolve.

I believe that CST can be a gentle and non-invasive support for a number of issues, and I now regularly help others with headaches, neck pain, back pain, anxiety, concussion, trauma and more.

Lisa Gruythuysen - Contact C.A.R.E Practitioner

Lisa has been practising Contact C.A.R.E since 2012 and founded the Thames Clinic in 2016, offering a gentle, practical approach to hands-on care that works with the body’s natural intelligence rather than against it.

Contact C.A.R.E is a gentle, non-invasive modality designed to relieve pain, restore balance, and support overall wellbeing while looking for the root cause. It is effective for a wide range of conditions, from everyday aches to long-standing or unresolved injuries. Clients commonly seek support for back, neck, knee, and shoulder pain, headaches and migraines, sciatica, arthritis, sports injuries, breath related and digestive issues, and work-related strain. The approach is also well suited for women’s health concerns such as PMS, menopause symptoms, pregnancy and postnatal strain, as well as for infants experiencing colic, reflux, unsettledness or feeding difficulties.

What makes Contact C.A.R.E different is its focus on the root cause of discomfort. Rather than treating symptoms alone, this approach recognises how the body responds to surprise impacts or injuries. These events can create a spiral-like contraction at skeletal level, leading to areas of over-protection. While these patterns help the body cope in the moment, they can affect movement, alignment, and overall function.

By releasing these spiral contractions, Contact C.A.R.E supports the connective tissue—the network that protects, supports, and nourishes the body’s organs and structures—to regain balance. As the tissue finds a new way to hold itself, ease of movement returns and the body’s self-defence system can soften, often leading to relief that feels both physical and deeply restorative.

Each session is tailored to the individual, with follow-up visits guided by progress and personal needs. The aim is not just recovery, but renewed confidence in the body’s ability to heal and adapt.

At the Thames Clinic, Lisa offers a holistic, integrative approach that complements homeopathy and other natural therapies—helping clients move toward lasting comfort, resilience, and vitality.
